  1. I want to express my sincere condolences and sympathy to the Rodrigurez Family on the loss of Rudy. I met Rudy in 1968 when we were both assigned to the Mass Transit Unit. We both were assigned to the Mass Transit Tactical Unit and worked together for over a year. I had just joined the Police Department and as a very young Police Officer Rudy was there to give me guidance and advice. I am not able to attend the services for him but will be there in spirt. Again, my deepest sympathies. Until we meet again.
