  1. I am so sad to hear about Tom’s passing. We were very fortunate to grow up next door to each other, and I have countless great memories of the time we spent playing together, with me and Shar, and Tom and Kristie! We were together every day playing kickball, softball, football, Ghost in the Graveyard, badminton, playing board games together, sharing a tree house that straddled our properties, sledding down our little hill. There’s way too many memories to share, but I consider myself very, very, lucky that we all had each other, and such a great childhood together. May your memories be a blessing to you. I am so sorry for your loss.

    1. Thank you for this! You have summed it up with perfection! How lucky we are and to have those memories!

  2. Tommie,

I have so many great memories of us basically growing up together: the years we spent working together at Toys R Us drinking at the bars after work, working together at Frank’s, going to the Cubs, Sox, and Bears games, the Super Bowl parties at Tailgater’s, the list goes on and on.

Some people are lucky to have a bunch of good friends… I was blessed to have you as not just a friend, but another brother.

    I will miss you forever.

    Love you,

    Bobber (Bob Macha)

  3. So truly very sorry for your loss. May Thomas rest in peace in the loving arms of our lord Jesus Christ, amen.

    Respectfully yours,
