Buenaventura “Benny” Nuñez Garcia age 69 yrs old. Born in Tepehuanas, Durango Mexico 7-14-1951, lived in Brookfield for 20+years passed away on 3-30-2021. Beloved husband of Jackie F. Nuñez for a wonderful 47 years. Incredibly loving father to Princella (Jim), Jesse (Michelle), Primavera, Ventura and Stephenie. Grandfather to Anthony (Jenelle), Leah (Tommy), Michaela, Emily, Demitrios, Elvia, Ethan and Derrick. Great-Grandfather to Lyla B. Devoted Brother to Florina (Dean), Porcopio (Mary) Flavio (Leto), Hanno, Sergio (Chris), Leo, Guadalupe (Beto), Marco, and Geronimo (Gloria), preceded in death by his Father Geronimo and Mother Leobarda, and brothers Rafael and Javier. Visitation 3 to 9pm Friday, April 02 at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th Street in Countryside. Group limits and social distancing measures are in place. Masks required. I am so sorry for your enormous loss! This virus is nothing like we ever experienced before? People say it’s so sad because those who have it, have to quarantine themselves from everyone, including their loved ones! They say how very sad it is for anyone to be sick and have to try to get better without direct contact with loved ones!!! How very sad it is to succumb to this virus alone!
