Loving father of Daniel (Doreen), Mark (Darlene), Kevin (late Cheryl), Sue, Mike (Colleen), Jack (Kim), the late Robert “Hub” and the late Ronald. Devoted grandfather of Markie, David, Kristy, Lisa, Shannon, Michael, Angela, Alex, Daniel, Evan, Jack, Brian, Sarah, Brittany, Dee, John, Jamie, Alyssa, Ariana and the late Brett. Adoring great-grandfather of Konrad, Novalee, Ava, Ben, Lucy, Millie, Maeve, Anthony, Aidan, Gavin, Parker, Leo, Dylan, Lil’ Ronnie and Genesis. Dear brother of Clarence (late Dolores), James, the late Vincent (late Mary, the late John and the late Donald. Fond uncle, brother-in-law and friend to many.
Visitation 3-9 p.m. Friday August 8th at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 301 75th St., Downers Grove, where funeral service will be held 9:30 a.m. Saturday August 9th. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Robert believed in hard work and supporting his family that he loved so much.
