Susan Elizabeth Voytas, age 82, of Burr Ridge, IL formerly of Roseland, passed away on March 27, 2024. Susan was born on September 19, 1941, in Chicago to the late George C. and late Lillian V. Post (nee Carlson). She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years, Ronnie R. Voytas (October 25, 1938 – June 12, 2016). She is survived by her cherished sister and brother-in-law Helen Ann and Michael Gutyan of Schererville, IN; dear brother-in-laws, Albert G. (the late Gwen) Voytas and Richard (Gale) Voytas; and devoted cat, Woofie.

Susan was dedicated to rescuing cats with her husband, Ronnie. Susan will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and loving heart, especially towards her little sister, Helen Ann.

A graveside service for Susan and Ronnie will be held on what would have been their 59^th wedding anniversary at 11am on Friday, April 5, 2024, at Chapel Hill Gardens South, 11333 Central Avenue, Oak Lawn.

Memorials may be given to a no kill animal shelter or please just feed the birds or grow milk weed for the Monarchs.
