Ronald C. Scherman, Navy Veteran of Indian Head Park, formerly of Western Springs, died on Friday February 23, 2024 at the age of 84. Ronald is survived by his wife, Gloria Wysocki, and his children Susan (David) Brunell;  Scott, Jay, and Amy Jean Scherman; and the late Sherri Miner. Stepfather of Marianne Russo, Matt (Ursula) Russo, Laura (Ray) Mccabe, and Mark (Katie) Russo. Grandfather of Anthony, Reno, Jack, Tim, and Luca Russo; Dylan Brunelle; and Jessica Miner Vlasic and  the late Matthew Mudon. Great-grandfather of Isabella Russo.

Preceded in death by his sisters Jean (the late Glenn) Bonjour and Thelma (the late George) Fecke as well as Gary Bonjour. Survived by nephews Randy Bonjour & Paul Fecke and niece Linda Fecke Anderson. Great-uncle of many.

Private graveside services will take place at Abraham National Cemetery in Elwood, IL.
