Robert A. Zupancic
Robert A. Zupancic, proud U.S. Army Korean War veteran, age 92, of LaGrange. Beloved husband of the late Betty Zupancic. Loving father of Veronica (Dean) Bissias. Devoted grandfather of James (April) Bissias and Adam (Kelly) Bissias. Cherished great-grandfather of Madison, Matthew, Emma, Lilly, Cole, and Lucas. Robert was preceded in death by his brother, Adam (late Irma) Zupancic.
Robert was very active in the Boy Scouts of LaGrange. He proudly served 12 years in the Army reserve.
Visitation 4 to 8pm Monday, February 5th at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Chapel prayers 9:15am Tuesday, February 6th from the funeral home, processing to 10am Mass at St. Cletus Church, LaGrange. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.

I’m so sorry to hear about Ronnie’s dad. Your family was lucky to have him for such a long time, although we never have enough time.

I’m so saddened by the loss of MR. Z. He will forever be part of my young adulthood in the scouts. He always had great stories to tell. ” May the great Master of all Scouts be with us till we meet again.” Rest in Peace MR. Z!!
