  4. My dear old friend Annette, may you rest in peace. I haven’t seen you in so long, but am thankful for our childhood memories and for re-connected on Facebook. I can’t hear Over the Rainbow without thinking of you. For my money, your version was better than Judy Garland’s. I remember your singing happy birthday to me a couple of years ago. That made my day. I will miss you. May God be with you and bring comfort to your family.
