  1. I am one of Sr. Rita’s many nieces, and would like to expand on her family information by adding details which were not included in her formal obituary:

“Sr. Rita was the devoted sister of Ret.US Naval Cmdr. Charles E. Stalzer, Esq. (Rosemary Blanciforti Stalzer, dec.) and the late: Dorothy Stalzer Dussman, Esq. (Dr. Thomas E. Dussman, dec.); Ret.US AF Brig. Gen. Eugene A. Stalzer (Claire Gilleran Stalzer, dec.); Florence Stalzer Urhausen (Jack N. Urhausen, dec.); and Rita Stalzer Flynn (married to Dr. James J. Flynn, Jr. 1949-1984, dec.).’

Sr. Rita will be missed by all of us, but especially by her brother, Charles Stalzer, who called her every Sunday evening from OH without fail. Rest in peace, dear Sr. Rita. Love, Marianne (Urhausen) Zolna
