Janet (nee Vogel) Casey, 97, of LaGrange Park, formerly of Western Springs, passed away peacefully of natural causes with her family at her side. She was born on August 18, 1924, in Philadelphia, PA to Fred and Florence Vogel.

Beloved wife of the late Robert Mayer Casey. Loving Mother of Robert (Leslie) Casey, Barbara (Gil) Stenholm & Donna (Art) Simon. Dear grandmother of Tom, Dave, John & Michael Casey; C.J. (Amanda) O’Keeffe; Scott & Eric (Lisa) Stenholm; and Jim, John & Jane Simon. Cherished great-grandmother of 8. Janet was preceded in death by her brother, Fred (Thelma) Vogel.

Janet was an avid golfer at LaGange Country Club. Janet and Bob travelled extensively. She will be fondly remembered for her love of family and friends, artistic qualities, and her sense of style.

Interment private. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Friday, April 22nd at Plymouth Place, 315 N. LaGrange Road, LaGrange Park, IL 60526.
