Words are not enough to ease your grief at this time just know that you and your family touch the lives of others and we cherish the memories of your son with my son during grade school and you as their basketball coach. 4. To the family of Bill Knop you have my deepest sympathy and condolences! I met Bill in 6th grade and we became close friends in 8th grade. He was a sharp shooter from the 3 point range! Hell, he was doing what Steph Curry is doing now way back in 1994! I can hear his dad saying “Stroke it Billy” every time he would shoot! I haven’t seen him since the mid 90s but hearing about this really hurts! I just showed my kids our championship game in a tournament and they asked about Billy shooting the 3! I really wish we stayed in contact after grade school but thank you for the child hood memories & your family always being so kind to me! I’ll never forget ya brother! Courtney Blackmon

An absolute inspiration you we’re always reaching over the star’s. The constant encouragement that you gave me. I will never forget the conversations that you would say what a great father you thought I was. It meant more than you will ever know. Having you ask me to be your best man was the greatest honor that I will never forget. I couldn’t come close to talking about everything but know you will be missed everyday. Love ya brother.
