Loving son of John (Margaret) and Tina Pelletier (Michael Hawkins). Devoted brother of Shaun (Dawne), Louis, and Frank (Sarah) Pelletier. Dear uncle of Riley Pelletier and Erin (Chad) Loeffler. Fond nephew, cousin, and friend of many. Jeffrey will be deeply missed. Services private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
