Nancy Cacini (nee Sciacqua), age 95, of Plainfield, formerly of Brookfield. Beloved wife of the late August E. Cacini for 50 years. Cherished aunt of Andy (Donna) Carraro, Larry (Barbara) Carraro, and Michelle (late Robert) Bednarz. Proud Godmother of many. Fond friend of many.
Visitation 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. Saturday, May 15th at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Funeral Mass 10:30am a.m. at St. Barbara Church, Brookfield. Nancy Cacini (Ms. Nancy )to me , will definitely be missed. I was her caregiver for 4 years, each day was a pleasure being with her . Ms. Nancy had become my family even my grandchildren had grown fond of her . In those four years I learned a lot of wisdom from her . Her history and the stories she would tell about her life were fascinating!! RIP. Ms . Nancy
I enjoyed the past 4 years being the caregiver for Nancy Cacini (Ms. Nancy) to myself ,everyday was learning something new! She wasn’t a client , she was extended family. I thank God for giving me the pleasure of knowing Nancy Cacini. Rest in Heaven. Ms. Nancy (Love you). Tammy Johnson
I was visiting my dad today, and we thought of her. Dad called and her number had been disconnected. My parents were her neighbors back in the early ‘60s.
We got a car from them at Christmas and we all sent our graduation notices to Nancy & Gus..
