Kimberly Wescott Gee, 53, of LaGrange; beloved wife of Bryan Gee; loving mother of Abigail, Madeleine, & Caroline; dear sister of Kristen (Bruno) Schneider & Michael (Annie) Wescott; pre-deceased by loving parents Philip and Carol Wescott.

Spirited and vivacious, Kim was a former registered nurse with a great sense of humor and a keen sense of fashion and design. Lover of music, dancing, travel, and the Chicago food scene.

Visitation 3 to 9pm on Friday, April 23 at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Maximum 50 people admitted into the funeral home at a time. Social distancing guidelines in place; masks required. A service will be held privately with Kim’s family at 10am on Saturday, April 24.

Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Kim’s name may be made to NAMI Chicago.

  3. Kris and Chip….I have no words to describe how shocked I am to hear this heartbreaking and terrible news. I know it’s been so long since we all have seen each other, but I remember so many fun times we had as kids. Playing Clue in your grandparents house was the best! Again, I am so very sorry for all of you. She will be missed by so many. My prayers are with you and your families during this difficult time.

  4. Dear Kris and Michael (Chip), Kim looks so much like your mother in this picture. I, too, remember her as spirited and vivacious with a ready smile and beautiful golden locks. To you two, Bryan and the girls, I offer my heartfelt condolences. She was much loved and is fondly remembered by her former Evansville neighbors. 💘

  9. Missing my loving cousin Kim. She was so appreciative and committed to spending time with family. It meant so much to me that she organized a trip around seeing my father. I will never forget it! My heart breaks for everyone she touched with her special energy. My solace is thinking of Phil, Carol and my father greeting her with with an eternal hug.     I want to express my deepest sympathy to you and your daughters for the loss of your wife and their mother. God’s plan is hard, if not impossible, to understand at times. Be comforted in remembering He is at our side ALWAYS.

  12. Oh my heart hurts, I’ve been sending Kim texts for a few months and was worried to not hear from her. Bryan, Abby, Maddie and Caroline I am so sorry for your loss and sending all my love. Kim was an incredible soul whose presence will certainly be missed.
