Anthony Bresnahan, age 66, of LaGrange. Beloved husband of Paula (nee Kundert). Loving father of Lisa (Edward) Koubenec, James (Carrie) Bresnahan, and Caitlin Bresnahan. Devoted grandfather of Ryan Bresnahan, Toni Bresnahan, Alexis Bresnahan, Maggie Koubenec, Morgan Bresnahan, and Madison Bresnahan. Dear brother of Catherine (Joseph) Melone, James (Carol), and the late Gerald Bresnahan. Visitation 3:00 to 9:00 PM Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Meet at the funeral home 9:15 AM Thursday, April 4th for prayers and procession to 10:00 AM Mass at St. Cletus Church, LaGrange. Interment Private.   2. Hi Paula, I’m sorry about the passing of your husband. I will never forget how kind and gracious Tony was to my son and the help he gave him.. I also remember when I was growing up how close Tony was to my dad and how much a great friend he was to him.. May God comfort your heart and your family in this tough time.. I’m very sorry for my absence

  3. Paula, Kaitlin & Jimmy,
    I am at a total loss as to what to say. Nothing can possibly ease your pain. Just know that you all were the best thing in his life and he always talked about you. We had many conversations in his office and you were always in his thoughts. He loved you with all his heart and his devotion to his family was superior to none.
    I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about Tony as he was one of the best people I have ever met. He truly went out of his way to help people. I will miss his friendship and his counsel terribly.
    I am so very sorry that I was unable to fly back in for his services but please know that you are all in my thoughts.
