Charles “Chuck” Rubin, MD, age 62, of La Grange, passed away suddenly on Friday, July 17. He is survived by his wife Gretchen; children Liz, Jane, Lucy and Claire; brothers Michael, Peter and Richard; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday, July 21, from 3 to 8:30 pm at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Funeral Mass 10am Wednesday, July 22,  at St. Francis Xavier Church in LaGrange.
