  1. Hi Jeanne and Julie,

I’m sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. It doesn’t matter how old we are when a parent passes, we will still remember being a child with that wonderful person. I hope your memories of Ruth are sweet.

    Bob

  2. Dear Jeanne and Julie: Your mom will always hold a special place in my heart. She was like a second mom to me after the passing of my mother when I was 9 years old. I have nothing but fond memories of the vacations I got to spend every summer with you guys and all the different places we went (4th grade thru high school). I finally got to thank her a few years ago in a phone conversation we had. I was also glad I got to see her two summers ago during a that return trip to the Chicago. Sadly, I kind of knew that would be the last time I would see her. I’m sure she was thankful and proud to see her children and grandchildren grow up to be decent and successful human beings. I will miss, but not forget her. I love you guys….Cousin Curtie

  3. Dear Jeanne and Julie,
We are all so sorry about your mom passing. She was always so easy going and nice to be with. I have such nice memories starting when I was 15 through a road trip to Florida when I was in college and many family parties since then. Love, Patty
