Sofia left a hole in this world and in our hearts on May 7th, 2014. When speaking of her, remember that she was generous to a fault, resourceful and kind; that she enjoyed a good steak, cold Clicquot, and long conversations. No formal memorial will be held, instead go out and enjoy a meal, and toast a life well lived. She’ll be watching with her parents and will be missed daily by her daughter Mercedes Sofia, sisters, Claudia (Alfredo), Alejandra (Dan), Mercedes (Ric), brothers Jose (Gina), Ruheri (Lynn) nieces, nephews and cousins. She is survived by her husband Greg, Kellie and Miles, his children whom she loved dearly, as well as the whole Fiore-Caron clan who made her one of their own.
