  3. Dear McNamara Family,
Sorry to hear about Joey’s passing. Joey is my godmother and she will be missed. I will always remember the summer (I think I was 12) I spent some time in Chicago with Joey and Mike. Mike junior was little, not sure how old he was. Mike introduced me to some kids in the neighborhood, and we had a blast playing ball and doing other things. Joey introduced me to woman in their building that happened to be the granddaughter of a Civil War veteran. That old women could really tell stories. Absolutely fascinating. As a matter of fact, that may have been the beginning of my interest in history. Currently reading another book about that war. What an experience to meet someone like that from another era. I thank you for that and I will miss you. Gods peace be with you and your family.

  4. McNamara Family,
There is a great emptiness left by Joey’s passing, but I am certain that the strength of the love that you and your family share for each other and for Joey will get you through this difficult time. May that love honor their memory and may you cherish the time you had together. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I will always cherish and remember all the times we spent together over the years and the love Joey had for everyone.

    Love,
    Amy
