Charles L. Misicka, Sr., 71, of Woodridge. Beloved husband of the late Lil, nee Behensky. Loving father of Charlie, Jr. (Kate Rozzi) and Kerri (Anthony) Atwood. Grandfather of Emily and Zachary. I only knew Chuck during the last two years but I am so very pleased that I did know him. Always with a smile and a joke he was a true friend to all of us at the flying club. He had a wealth of knowledge and experience that he freely shared, especially with those new to the club and the hobby. I will really miss him as a friend and a fellow flyer. A true original.
My deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers for all of you during this difficult time. May the peace which Chuck is now experiencing wash over each of you and draw you close to and lean on and look to the Lord and as your heart is filled with the precious memories of his impact on each of your lives.
