Beverly CookBeverly Cook, nee Pollard, age 75, of Willowbrook; formerly of Hinsdale; beloved wife of Peter D. Cook; loving mother of Courtenay and Darcy Cook; dear grandmother of Hannah Ovcharchyn; daughter of the late Lilly and late Donald Pollard. Beverly was a Pi Beta Phi Sorority member at the University of Colorado, where she met her future husband, Peter. As an active member of Grace Episcopal Church, she was the Anglican Shop Director and served on a number of various guilds. Beverly also owned The Attic, a gift shop in Hinsdale, for over thirty years. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Family and friends are asked to gather for a Memorial Service at 11am, Saturday, March 29, at Grace Episcopal Church, 120 E. First St., Hinsdale, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations given to Grace Church with the notation: “The Beverly Cook Memorial Fund” are appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Hallowell & James Funeral Home, Countryside.
