  1. So sorry to hear this news. I came to know the Krakoras through their business when the provided design services for my parents. When I got my first apartment Jo put together my secondhand furniture and made new window treatments out of the old, knowing I had no budget. When I bought a condo, she provided great design services and furniture, and I could finally pay for new things! When I moved up to a townhome, Jo went to the builder with me and did it all- selecting paint color, appliances, fixtures, drapes and furniture. Dick put it all together. I got engaged and lost my mother before our at-home wedding. Jo and Dick not only fulfilled the furnishing needs, but provided and put together accent pieces and doilies for the trays, etc. Jo became a mother of the bride sub for me. I am truly sad to hear of her passing. My sympathy goes to Dick and all the family. May she Rest In Peace.

  2. I knew Jo from the time she has married Dick, and was always a pleasure to see. I will miss seeing her and will pray for her. Pleas accept my deepest sympathy.

  3. My deepest sympathy to Dick and the entire Krakora family. Jo was a wonderful person who taught me how to mix paint and pick out colors. Dick and Jo were like a second set of parents to me, having spent so much time with them working at Dick’s Hardware for over eight years. Dick and Jo gave many young people like myself the opportunity to work hard in their store, do things they never thought they could do, and learn so so much about home maintenance and repair, a talent that I continue to use to this day. My prayers and thoughts are with you all!
