  5. Maria…I can not describe the heavy heart I have and feel now as I just found out about Whitey. There were many good times by all of us Dubois County guys in Tarkington Hall. And then there was the emptiness we all experienced with the loss of Lou Bretz in the Fall of 1974. Once again that can has been opened…and again an emptiness will be felt with the loss of Whitey. Whitey was a tremendous individual and will be missed by many. My deepest sympathy to you, Maria and your family……..Scott Sermersheim
