Teresita “Terry” DuDeVoire, age 85, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 in LaGrange, Illinois after her illness.She was a devoted mother to Bernadette, Jackie, Arthur, Armi, Lizza, Alexis, Diane, Marilyn and David and a loving grandmother to Rachel (Brixton), Fernando, Randi, Giovanni, Taryn, Theresa (Damien, Jude, Balam, Jezebel, Levi), CJ Abrazaldo (Mikayla, Penelope, Olivia, Vincent), Mary, Imani, Brittany (Vivienne, Luca), Tyler (Mila, Macey, Noah), Jason (Caden, Rilynn, Brennan), Jenna (Elliana, Aria), Dillon, Nick (Mylie), and Stephanie (Haley, Hunter).
Teresita will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, strength, sense of humor. She had a passion for singing, playing mahjong and cooking for her family. She dedicated her life to her family by raising her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She volunteered at her local church. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A visitation will be held at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 301 75th St., Downers Grove on Saturday, August 2nd from 3:00pm-9:00pm, where a Funeral Service will be held at 7pm that evening.

Remembering you with love and affection for your sense of humor, how you tried to teach me to make your delicious eggrolls, stories of the love of family (especially daddy ‘Dean DuDeVoire’, how you met and your courtship), the dear friends throughout your life and the dedication you had to friends and family.
