Sarah Soukup
Sarah Soukup, beloved daughter of the late Venerable Erwin M. Soukup, former Archdeacon, Episcopal Diocese of Chicago and his late wife Janet McKay Soukup; treasured sister of Colonel (retired) Stephen M. Soukup, USAF, and his wife, Reneeta Zan Carey Soukup passed peacefully the morning of April 30, 2025 – two days after her 76th birthday.
Interment will be at Trinity Episcopal Church in Wheaton at a future date. A celebration of her too-short life will also be held at a future date.
Sally, as she was known, would smile if, in lieu of flowers, small donations in her name were to be given to St. Helena’s Episcopal Church of Burr Ridge, 7600 Wolf Rd., Burr Ridge, IL 60527 or the Make A Wish Foundation.
