Heather Riggins (née East); beloved wife of Timothy James Riggins; loving mother of James Isaiah, Anne Carolyn, & William Timothy; cherished daughter of Jane (Michael) Logan & the late Guy East; dear sister of Aaron East & Meredith East; loving daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, aunt, & friend to many.
Visitation 3 to 9pm on Friday, June 27 at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, June 28 at 11:30am. Interment Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Stickney.
