Theodore Alexander Calixto, of Countryside, passed away peacefully on May 28th, 2025. Beloved son of Alejandro Calixto and Alexis Martinez; loving brother of Evan Alexander Calixto; adored grandson of Hector and Adriana Martinez, Juan and Natalia Calixto; precious nephew of Dezirae Alejandro, Hector C. Martinez, Elizabeth and Darren Brissett, and Nancy Calixto; fond cousin of Thalia Brissett.

Although he only spent a moment in our arms, he is forever in our hearts. He is so deeply loved and will be extremely missed.

The family appreciates all of the love and support received during this difficult time. They also want to thank the wonderful team at Elmhurst Hospital for their dedicated and compassionate service. Interment will take place privately.
