Michael P. Lyons
Michael P Lyons, age 72, of LaGrange, passed away on May 19th, 2025. Beloved wife of Karen (nee Vocu); loving father of Susan Lyons, Thomas Soehlke, Jackie Hickey, Zachary Lyons, and Marissa Lyons; cherished grandfather of Ricky, Joey, Jake, Nicholas, Lauren, Alyssa and Josh; cherished great grandfather to Harper, Cole, Finn, Frankie, and Ella; fond uncle, brother, and friend of many.
He enjoyed reading, motorcycles and playing many different types of musical instruments, and his favorite instruments were the harmonica, banjo and ukulele. Michael also dedicated 8 years to serving in the Army.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Hinsdale Humane Society are greatly appreciated.
Burial will take place privately at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Stickney, Illinois. Funeral Information: 708-352-6500
I love you “Dad”. I know I drove you crazy but you truly were like a dad to me and the lessons you taught me were immeasurable…. In some cases if not for you…… But we won’t tell any tales…… I can nerve say thank you enough !
