  5. Each of you has my deepest sympathy. Patsy was a kindred spirit, and big influence. From the Henri de Toulouse- Lautrec framed print in the living room, to the upright piano in the (off limits, right!) back bedroom.
    One summer after a day at Rainbow Beach, Patsy, Mom in the front seat…Carey and I in the back, very young, shy, changing out of our swimsuits under towels, Patsy looked back at us and laughed out loud, to Mom, driving-
    “We got a couple of ‘Nature Boys’ back there, Jean!”
    I reminded her of that over the years. It cracked us both up.
    So many parties, so many memories at the house in Summit!
    Thank you, Patsy, and The Girls!

  6. My prayers are with you during this journey. Pat had a smile that always lit up the room. Although years have passed, I still remember our gatherings with John on weekends and parties. Pat was always caring, filled with passion and compassion for everyone she met and knew.

    My sincere condolences and prayers are with Pat’s family. I hope you can find comfort in knowing your mom was a fabulous person who brought happiness to so many who were fortunate to know her.

    Blessings and comfort to you.

  7. Dear mom I am so grateful to have you for 68 years. My heart is broken and will never heal. I could say that I wish I had one more year or month or week, but I know it would never be enough . I only can cherish the memories I have. I will always envision your beautiful smile & loving arms. And always words of encouragement to guide me. I can’t thank you enough

  8. Mom, you are my heart and soul. You were the most kind and giving person and had a positive impact on everyone you met. I will always cherish your memory and with the grace of God be an example of the person you were. Someday we will be together, smiling and holding hands. Love you always and forever.

  9. Dear Diane, Laura and Nora;
    Velma and I were so saddened to hear of your mom’s passing. She was a beautiful lady and dearly loved friend to mom throughout their lives on earth… and I’m confident are now sharing that bond once again. At this very moment I’m paging thru mom’s hand made wedding album from February, 1951 and delighting at the pictures of mom’s gorgeous “Maid of Honor, Miss Pat Jennings”. I hope it can bring you comfort to know we are lifting up prayers for you and your families now and in the days ahead.
    Love,
    Kevin and Velma

  10. Our love and condolences to the family. Your mom was a beautiful person inside and out. So many wonderful memories of her. Taking us kids to the Berwyn movie theater to see Disney movies, going strawberry picking in Wisconsin, teaching us kids how to play pinochle. Years and years of garage sales. Aunt Patsy was the publicist making our garage sales very appealing. She will be missed but the memories will be cherished forever. Love you.

  11. I worked with Pat at IH/Navistar and on the Board of the Navistat Chicago Area Retiree Club. Pat was always willing to help with our twice a year luncheon. She always purchased the donuts for the early guests at the luncheon. She was a great lady and will be missed by many. Thanks Pat for all the help.
