William E. Waitkus  age 80, of Lemont. U.S. Army Veteran. Beloved husband of Carol (nee Bilthover); dear brother of Lillian (William) Trush, Eileen (Nick) Batistich and the late Shirley (the late John) Basco; also survived by numerous loving nieces & nephews. Cremation rites have been accorded.  A Memorial Mass will be Celebrated on Saturday, February 25, 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Church, 200 E.  Illinois St.,  Lemont. William was a member of the Knights of Columbus Tonti Council #1567. Contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl., Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
