Devoted grandfather of Travis and Tyler Stamm, Jacob and Kayla Truesdale. Dear brother of Karen (Lester) Szczypkowski, Carol (Al) Agurkis, Wayne Stamm. Nephew of Gertrude Butzen (age 105). He is survived by cousins Robert, Shirley and Don (Cathy) Pollachek; uncle and cousin of many others. Born in Oak Park and raised in Downers Grove, Richard attended St. Joseph Grade School and graduated from Downers North H. S. He married Barbara on Oct. 2, 1965 at St. Cletus Church. He retired from Concrete Specialties after over 32 years of service as a truck driver. Richard enjoyed camping, snowmobiling and making gifts for family and friends.
